Stories not told by history.

Why are they not named? The non-existence in language is a projection of the invisibility of gender that rests on a lapidary, precise and accurate phrase: WHAT IS NOT NAMED DOES NOT EXIST.

Direct communication project that invites us to unravel a historical hieroglyph: the female participation in history that has disappeared from books and the linguistic stereotypes that have a direct impact on societal attitudes.

A performance of words, song, and poetry. Stories of women hidden beneath generic language that prevents us from hearing the feminine pulse of girls, citizens, neighbors, etc.

Guided by Eduardo Galeano, this work revisits history, giving voice and light to figures such as Hypatia of Alexandria, Teresa of Avila , and Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, among many others. It begins by examining the current press through the eyes of a clown, both acerbic and innocent, inviting us to explore the image of women in the media and their graphic representation in the visual arts. It concludes by prompting reflection on the rigid and prudish roles that oral tradition has often imposed on women.

Humor, poetry, a bit more humor, and many unanswered questions.

"Invisibility in language is a form of violence."
