AN INTIMATE AND RADICALLY HONEST PROPOSAL OF SPANISH SONG

This new show, which revisits the most intimate songs of Concha Piquer, Caracol, Angelillo, and Rafael Farina (among others), is a firm commitment to the raw truth of the copla: without sequined costumes, orchestras, or the trappings of superficial stage folklore. Here there is no noise or embellishment; only the words, the singing, the verse, and the guitar. And, above all, the listening silence.
