They say of every person who has come into this world, that their life is like a book and it must be written.

Here I recount many of the situations I've encountered at different stages of my life—very different and very interesting. Childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, along with the rest of my life, are all distinct, and in each period I find unique riches, experiences, and anecdotes. Everything I recount, or most of it, is true. I might occasionally add a more humorous or striking tone and change the setting slightly, but the important thing is that it's true.

When I include something that isn't mine, but I think it's interesting, I say so. It's divided into three parts, trying to adapt them to different moments and situations in my life. This book has the advantage that the reader can start from any page without losing the thread of what I intended to narrate. Each anecdote and reflection is independent. If I manage to make you enjoy it and keep you entertained, I'll be satisfied.

José Miguel Barrios Miano, a native of Torregamones (Zamora) . During his youth, he received religious training and dedicated several years to preparing for the Franciscan and priestly life, a period that he later reflected in his work.
