Eugenia Manzanera : actress, storyteller, independent, interdisciplinary, undisciplined, and autonomous. She was fortunate enough to find a livelihood from a young age based on improvisation and wordplay. In her performances, words acquire great power combined with rhythmic soundscapes, where objects always suggest another way of being in the world. A paid worker in show business since the age of 18, she has worked, and continues to work, as an actress, director, producer, playwright, teacher, secretary, driver, loader, and more. And above all, a CLOWN, which has saved her from oblivion… and from a bridge.

Let me tell you stories that have been gifted to me through my relentless search for a way to communicate with beauty and irony; fueled by a clownish impulse within me, turning tragedy on its head. Tales from oral tradition and my own writings make up this session, which I tell to share with you… always with humor.
