ORCA was formed in the summer of 2023 as a result of conversations between a group of friends who share a common vital interest: to form a stable musical project where they can compose and perform their own songs.

Winners of the VI Edition of the Municipal Band Competition City of Salamanca, they won the prize in a live performance in the Hall B of the CAEM competing with more than 30 bands from Salamanca.

They have played in the Plaza Mayor and in the Music Factory hall, both spaces in Salamanca, as well as in the Funhouse hall in Madrid.

In this musical journey of the last few months, the band has evolved and managed to find an eclectic sound, thanks to the diverse artistic influences of its members.

Currently, ORCA offers a show that focuses on the musical fusion between funk rhythms, nineties pop or classic soul , and seeks to embrace a compositional future free of labels in which to explore new sounds.
