Regulatory framework

Order EYH/74/2024, of January 31, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at financing the development of unique projects linked to tourist destinations of excellence in the territories affected by the Just Transition Fund of Spain 2021-2027 within the territorial scope of the Community of Castilla y León (BOC and L. No. 27, of February 7, 2024), modified by Order EYH/439/2024, of May 14 (BOC and L. No. 96, of May 20, 2024) and by Order EYH/842/2024, of August 27, (BOC and L. No. 172, of September 4, 2024).

Amount

Total amount of the call: €11,914,000.

However, the planned amount may be increased to 13,000,000 euros, in accordance with the provisions of article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on Subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León.

The amount of the subsidy will be between 50% and 70% of the eligible cost, depending on the municipality where the project is located.

Application deadline

It will be two months from the day after the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León.

Other data

Advances of up to 50% of the subsidy may be made in accordance with Article 37 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León, subject to the establishment of a guarantee from financial entities authorized to operate in Spain, covering the entire advance payment plus any interest that may accrue.
