Majuelo has migrated from the rural world to the urban one and "has the village written all over his face." His peasant manners and thoughts will make it difficult for him to blend into the anonymous crowds of the city and, at the same time, will allow his memory to rescue the universe from which he comes and from which he can never truly detach himself.

Four artists from the Castilian countryside will take us on a journey through sound and noise, words, movement, and objects. All these elements combine to create a unique performance. The aim is for the audience to learn, think, feel moved, and develop a connection to our land. "Stories of Yesteryear" is a show full of humor and anecdotes.

Our goal is for older generations to reminisce about these old stories they heard in their childhood, and for younger generations to begin to appreciate them as part of our roots and culture. It's a show with that rural feel, imbued with the flavor and wisdom of the land they come from, featuring anecdotes, legends, and folk songs meant to be told and shared.
