Childhood is a stage full of learning, discoveries, and emotions.

The workshop combines reading, emotional education, and creative activities and games. Through all of this, participants will learn to:

- Recognize their strengths and qualities - Develop a positive self-image - Express themselves in a safe and respectful environment - Enhance creativity as a tool for personal growth - Reflect on their dreams and goals. More than a workshop, it's an experience designed to cultivate confidence, enthusiasm, and self-love.

Lasting 75 minutes, this workshop is for children aged 7 to 12. A library card is required to participate, and prior registration is required starting Monday, September 7th. There are 15 places available.

Sonia Otobalea is the author of the children's book "My Safe Place" (published on Amazon) and the creator of projects focused on emotional well-being and personal development. Through her projects, she seeks to make emotional education accessible in a practical, approachable, and creative way.
