Talk by Alejandro García Sánchez , psychologist graduated from the University of Salamanca with Extraordinary Degree Award, and postgraduate studies in Logotherapy and Existential Analysis.
We all have decisions on hold. Changing jobs, talking to a family member, starting something we've been putting off. We don't make them because we prefer to be sure first, so we wait until things become clearer. The problem is, that clarity never seems to arrive. And while we wait, anxiety grows, and so does our to-do list.
Throughout the talk, we will explain why uncertainty affects us in this way, its relationship to anxiety, and what we can do to make decisions without having everything under control. The presentation is accessible and requires no prior knowledge of psychology.
