On Saturday, October 24th, at 12:00, the theatrical performance "Retahílas con Unamuno" by CulturARTS will take place in our Children's Room for children aged 6 and over.


A girl named Carmen encounters an old man sitting on a bench, reading the newspaper.
Childlike curiosity leads little Carmen to begin a series of questions, those "strings" that children often string together endlessly . What begins as a simple chance encounter ends up becoming a deep and heartfelt conversation between Carmen Martín Gaite, a future writer, and Miguel de Unamuno, the celebrated intellectual from Salamanca.
Through this fictional dialogue, the viewer will be able to enjoy a journey through memory, literature and reflection on life , with a touch of tenderness and intergenerational complicity.

The activity is part of the BiblioEscena 2026 program: performing arts in the library , promoted by the General Directorate of Cultural Policies of the Junta de Castilla y León, in which theater companies linked to ARTESA (Association of Performing Arts Companies of Castilla y León) participate.

Additional Information

RPLA is the application we must use to register minors for children's library activities that require it. Minors must have a user card and know their password. Their library card must include their date of birth, mobile phone number, and email address.

Registration will remain open until half an hour before the start of the activity.

If you need to cancel your participation in an activity, please do so as soon as possible to give another user the opportunity to register. If you fail to do so, RPLA will not allow you to register for the following month's activities. Registrations may be canceled up to 30 minutes before the start of the activity.

RPLA does not accept reservations.
