Biblioescena. Silvia Reguero and Diego Quintana. "Inexorable: Suite for a Free Soul"

"Inexorable: Suite for a Free Soul" stems from in-depth research into the impact of the system on our perception of the body and work. In a context dominated by immediacy and constant pressure, this work asks:

What place is left for the slow, the useless, the unproductive?

It is a performance piece that intertwines live music, contemporary dance, and physical theatre, using a non-narrative yet deeply emotional approach. The work does not seek answers, but rather to generate resonances, inviting the audience to share in the struggle between obedience and creation.

The piece is a deepening of a previous investigation created for the Pisuerga en Danza Festival 2022. That first approach already laid the foundations: two languages (music and dance) meeting without hierarchies, on a plane of scenic equality.

The activity is part of the BiblioEscena 2026 program: performing arts in the library, promoted by the General Directorate of Cultural Policies of the Junta de Castilla y León, in which theater companies linked to ARTESA (Association of Performing Arts Companies of Castilla y León) participate.
Adult audience, from 14 years old.

You need to pick up your pass 30 minutes before the event.
