Located in the northeast corner of Portugal, the "Trás-os-Montes Wine Region" is revealed between mountains and pronounced valleys in a large area, from Chaves to the Mirandesa Plateau, passing through the heart of the Terra Quente Transmontana, the Differences are repeated one after another, in a ritual that marks the enormous diversity that exists in the region. This is a unique region with special characteristics, in which the scenery changes rapidly, between lush green valleys, ancient hills covered by a blanket of forest mosaics, green olive trees or extensive bright green vineyards, flowering almond trees and other fruit trees.
