It is formed by a set of domestic buildings, which were used for the handmade production, mainly tanning of leathers, dry cleaners, and fulling mills so its position near of Adaja River was fundamental.

Coming from archaeological investigations and explorations that revealed a craft complex dedicated to tanning of the skins - you would have - that could have been in operation since medieval times (late S. XIV), the Jewish Origins of "San Segundo" were consolidate after a recent restoration and enhancement project, currently declared BIC with the category of Archaeological Ensemble.
