The Pilgrims’ Route to Santiago runs through the city of León and since the Middle Ages pilgrims have been making their way along its streets, visiting its principal monuments. This route takes visitors on a fascinating tour of some of León’s most outstanding spots, taking in every detail and drawing attention to the many magnificent sites along the way.

The route includes the following sites of interest: the Church of Santa Ana, Moneda Gate, the Church of Santa María del Camino or Mercado, the Convent of Las Concepcionistas, La Rúa, Calle Ancha, the Palace of the Guzmán Family, León Cathedral, the Royal Collegiate Church of San Isidro and the Convent of San Marcos.
