A day in which the town commemorates the time of the Constables of Castile, in the 15th century, who tried to take possession of the town. In response to this grievance, the people revolted, in part because of the abusive taxes and to fight for their freedom. Thus a captain was chosen to organize the defensive battle. Every year the Captain is chosen in the castle parade ground, based on his skill in handling the flag.
