The old cassiterite, tungsten and iron pyrite mines, exploited from 1903 to 1975, are located 5 km from the center of Navasfrías. We will enjoy a guided tour of several wells and galleries: the galleries of El Pozo Hondo, La Sentada Morales, El Pozo de las Vacas and La Segunda. Outside we find La Casona de las Minas and there are also bathing areas and two recreational areas nearby called: Río de Rubiós and La Sentada Morales.
