Édifice du XIXe siècle. À l'intérieur on remarque le grand escalier, le plafond artesonado et l'ancien salon des séances orné par Ramón Prado.

By the platform of the Puente Mocho and on both sides the remains of the Roman road are well conserved. They are 185 metres long on the right and 110 metres long on the left. Their width varies from 2.6 to 3.9 metres and the granite slab paving is larger on the sides forming a kind of kerb.
