Founded in the late 15th century. It has an altarpiece with paintings by Felipe de Mena (17th century). The paintings of the altarpiece of the Capilla de los Acevedo is by the Maestro de Portillo. There is also a Inmaculada by Pedro de Mena.

Built in stone and brick, the church has a single nave with lateral chapels, one of the most interesting of which is the Capilla de los Alderete, dating from the late 15th century, which is also the oldest section of the church. Today it houses a small museum containing pieces from other buildings and sculptures by Juan de Juni.
