The oldest church in the city. It was built in the 10th century by the king Ramiro II, and conceived as a monastery.

The original structure had a Greek cross ground plan, of which a transept of sorts has been preserved, with round arches and a scaled vault. The current main chapel dates from the 16th century, and there are remains of mural paintings.
