Built in 2010 and equipped with the most modern technology, it is the first organic olive mill in Castilla y León.

In this center a tour by the factory, with the explanation of the phases and processes through which passes the oil in its production is carried out. Furthermore, it offers visitors a taste of oil by the master of the oil mill.
