At the foot of the Peña de Francia, in the south of the province of Salamanca, is the "Zarzosillo", a farm where Doña Adelaida Rodríguez's lysates graze. It belongs to the municipality of El Cabaco, located about 65 km. from the capital of Salamanca and neighboring towns of great cultural, artistic and gastronomic interest such as La Alberca, Mogarraz, San Martín del Castañar or Villanueva del Conde.

Zarzosillo is not the typical Salamanca pasture of holm oaks and bright green plains, where the oak and the undulating landscape predominate, covering much of its rugged terrain, although there is no lack of open plains that help the bull to grow in a state of natural opulence.

The pasture has a series of paths that connect all the fences, through which you can comfortably circulate and observe all the livestock animals and enjoy the natural beauty offered by this enclave located in the Sierra de Francia.
