The route starts from the Nuestra Señora de la Asunción de Rueda Public School, along Solanilla Street towards the west, passing under the A-6 highway bridge. At that point the route forks, continuing on the right towards the area of ​​San Sebastián , coinciding with the Mayorido ravine , crossing between dry grain fields and vineyards until reaching the moor, where you turn left, leaving the ravine. and continuing to the edge of the moor, dominating the valley of the Cárcava stream , where the route turns to the right to border a mountain of stone pine, surrounded by fields of olive trees, vineyards and cereal.

At the edge of the stream the path turns to the right, to continue descending parallel to the stream until it flows into the Zapardiel River. The path will run parallel to the river downstream, along the meadow until the Foncastín Viejo road, where it turns left to cross the river and left again to ascend the other bank of the river, leaving the remains of the Old Castle of Foncastín to the West.

The path crosses a stone pine forest to later turn left and continue along the river bank, until the Zofraga bridge , where the route turns right, passing from the riverbank to the Zapardiel plain, dominated by crop fields. of irrigation to the town of Torrecilla del Valle . Turn left along the road from Nava del Rey to Rueda, crossing the Zapardiel River again and turn right to leave the road and continue along the path next to the river.

The route leaves the river bank to ascend the Cuesta de la Mora to the valley of the Cárcava stream to the Mayorido area, where the path turns to the right, leaving the valley towards the East until reaching the fork of the path again. along the highway, arriving again at the starting point in the town of Rueda.
