This landscape shaped by olive oil, its culture and the traces it has left on the people of these towns is the protagonist of this circular path that connects the historical complex of San Felices de los Gallegos and the town of Ahigal de los Aceiteros.

The 11.4 km trail. The route runs through gentle terrain, with hardly any slopes, surrounded by almond and olive trees, sometimes interrupted by medieval stone fountains, centuries-old mills and baroque bridges.
The Lagar del Mudo museum in San Felices de los Gallegos and the oil mill in Ahigal de los Aceiteros also deserve to distract the walker's attention.
