Castilla y León has some of the best and most famous vegetables from Spain, much of which are covered under any figure of quality. It stands out thus the IGP of the Lentils of La Armuña and La Pardina of Tierra de Campos, Beans of El Barco de Avila and the green bean of La Bañeza-Leon bean, the Chickpeas of Fuentesauco, and the Marca de Garantia (brand of warranty) of the Chickpea of Pedrosillo.

There are other popular legumes such as the Chickpeas of Pico de Pardal, in Maragateria (Leon), the Judion (great bean) of La Granja (Segovia), the Habon (big broad bean) of Sanabria (Zamora) or the red bean from Ibeas of Juarros (Burgos).
