The culinary work of this restaurant is very focused on products of the surroundings and of season, from this approach begins for Marc an especially intense relation with the vegetal world that forms a very remarkable part of his letter. The gastronomic offer of Le Domaine includes the somewhat more informal atmosphere of La Vinoteca, located just above the cava where the historic collection of bottles of Abadía Retuerta, and the most sophisticated proposal of El Refectorio. This last one allows the diner to enjoy the pleasures of the good table in the same place where they did the monks several centuries ago. It is here precisely where the talent and enthusiasm of Marc Segarra shines with all its power, with a contemporary kitchen and foundation.
