In December 2017 we returned home to fulfill a dream, to create a project in which we can transmit our way of understanding gastronomy. We bet on the potential of our area, giving it a personal vision, to treat everything that our land offers us with care, taking advantage of seasonal products, and valuing our environment, our producers and our culture.
