Small restaurant located in the center of Soria, in a Renaissance palace that preserves its stone façade. It is decorated in a minimalist way, taking maximum care of detail and customer comfort.

Óscar García's culinary journey begins at Vinuesa, at the Alvargonzález Restaurant, where he worked for 11 years. At the end of 2008 they moved to Soria, where they inaugurated this project. The cuisine of this restaurant is inspired by the traditional and popular recipes of Castile and León, they are recipes to be reinvented, recreated with contemporary and avant-garde cooking techniques, with a excellent setting on the table.

One of the specialties of this establishment is truffle cuisine and mycology as a whole. He has also been honored by FOES as Young Entrepreneur of the Year. The restaurant is recommended by the Michelin guide.
