This establishment located on the outskirts of El Puente de Sanabria, next to the Tera River, was originally founded (1890). It is a hotel complex with accommodation, specifically a Brand "Posada Real", called La Yénsula. The restaurant offers a menu of cuisine from the Sanabré environment and other nearby areas, complemented with more dishes and quality agri-food products from Castile and León. It is a cuisine with traditional roots where we can find garden salad, Sanabria Beans, Pot of cabbage, or such emblematic dishes as octopus a la sanabresa. Another notable aspect of this establishment's cuisine is the mycological dishes, an aspect for which its chef and co-owner has been awarded the Boletus award.
