Located in an old 19th century building, which was the Civil Guard barracks, the Restaurant opened to the public in 1981, and since then its founders (Alejandro Manrique and Concepción Municio) continue to offer their customers "good food and better food." ", based on roasts. The restaurant's main bet is Castilian suckling lamb and Segovian suckling pig roasted in a wood oven, in the traditional way. Its excellent quality meats are backed by guarantee brands such as Tierra de Sabor and included in the IGP of Lechazo de Castile and León. They have their own livestock farm for the production of suckling lamb, which can be visited. The menu offers a series of traditional dishes from Segovia and Castile and León, along with bar specialties for tapas.
