The restaurant is located in a hotel and recreates spaces with decorations from different historical periods, the Renaissance, the Baroque, modernism, etc. The cuisine is traditional Castilian and Leonese complemented with contemporary proposals, with an adequate selection of wines. The "Gastronomic Days" are very notable, dedicated to the best seasonal products such as mushrooms, game… One of the specialties is roast suckling pig and tostón in a wood-fired oven.
