Cook: Agustín Lorenzo Sanz

This restaurant opened in 1988 and is located in the historic center of Valladolid. Specifically, it is located in the lower part of the Royal Monastery of San Joaquín and Santa Ana. This restaurant continues to be an emblem of Valladolid gastronomy. The space is designed as a Castilian-style grill, with an oven and holm-oak grill in full view of the diner, where the suckling pig from Castile and León IGP along with the beef and beef acquire their maximum expression. At the tables you can taste a great variety of fish, without neglecting its magnificent and extensive wine cellar with more than 300 references.
