El Ruedo II is the second restaurant of a family dedicated to hospitality. Built in 2001 from the old Bar España, which began its journey in 1972, to expand in 1982, becoming the Asador Restaurante El Ruedo. Later, in December 2001, a new building was inaugurated, which also has El Ruedo II accommodation. The cuisine of El Ruedo is traditional and typical of the Tierra de Campos region and the region.

The specialties are Roasted Lechazo, Tostón, and homemade desserts, all paired with a wide selection of wines, in which the diner can find a representation of the 13 quality denominations that the wines of Castile and León have.
