Dueñas has four winery and cave neighborhoods; La Tejera is located on the slopes of Cerro del Castillo, north of the town center with 120 wineries and 39 caves, Santa Marina hill inserted between Calle de los Pastores and Paseo del Mirador with 40 wineries and 19 caves, where the Interpretation center, San Pedro mound located to the south of the Church with 7 wineries and 10 caves and those of San Antón is the furthest hill from the urban center, with 11 wineries and 26 caves. The first date referring to the Dueñas wineries dates from the year 1,211.

In the oldest part of Dueñas town there are countless wineries under houses formed as basements and galleries.
