O quarto dos conventos, o Convento de Santa Teresa (Ordem dos Carmelitas Descalços), foi fundado em Valladolid a 10 de Agosto de 1568. Foi construído numa quinta junto ao rio, onde, como dizia o Santo, "todos adoecemos". ". Como resultado, a ordem mudou-se para outro local mais saudável doado por Doña María de Mendoza, que até hoje é sua residência permanente. Em 1968 o convento foi nomeado 'morador ilustre' pela cidade, e tanto a rua como o bairro onde está situado o convento são conhecidos como 'Rondilla de Santa Teresa'.
