Located in the Natural Park of Lake Sanabria and Sierras de Segundera and Porto. We begin at the Church of Our Lady of the Snows of San Ciprián de Sanabria. We cross orchards until we reach a large valley of meadows formed by the Arroyo de Trefacio.

Once we crossed two streams, under a dense oak forest, we came across the Curmeneiro de Faldriego, an enclosure used to protect the beehives from possible attacks and the ruins of a small flour mill on the side of the stream. From here begins an ascent along a cart path, whose marks we will observe on the rocks along the way. Thus we reach the Cascadas de los Vados, a waterfall that resembles a slide through which the water continues its path towards the valley surrounded by birch trees, ash trees, etc.
