Church of Nuestra Señora de la Peña
The oldest church in the village. It has an extremely rare ground plan, with two naves of different widths covered by pointed barrel vaults reinforced by arches and divided by a large rectangular pillar. The Romanesque capitals have been preserved.
Exterior: Romanesque front with four archivolts with braided ledges on jambs with simple ledges. Interior: two roughly carved capitals decorated with vegetal and narrative motifs.
In this church Jaime I el Conquistador (the Conqueror) married Doña Leonor de Castilla in 1221.
