It is a circular route that begins and ends in the Plaza de la Iglesia de Morales del Rey. The route runs through the streets and roads of Morales del Rey, Vecilla de la Polvorosa and Fresno de la Polvorosa .

The plain formed by the Eria and Órbigo rivers near their confluence is one of the most productive agricultural spaces in the province of Zamora. Excellent quality fruit and vegetable products such as corn, potatoes, beets and beans are grown there.

The first place of interest is the Puente Grande , from where you can follow the murmur of the waters of the Eria in its search for Órbigo. The Eria is a river that, due to its lack of regulation and pluvial nature, in winter and spring appears fearful and wild, while in the summer it shows its bed.

The next stop on the way is the Molino de Abajo , a mill that in addition to producing flour and feed, generated electric current to illuminate Morales del Rey. The abundant vegetation of the riverside forest means that this jewel is reserved for explorers and adventurers who decide to delve into the memory of the territory.

Crossing some poplar groves, the traveler finds the Hanging Bridge , from where you can see one of the frequent meanders or mothers that form the Eria River.

The route continues along a path parallel to the canal that reaches the Vecilla Dam , already on the banks of the Órbigo. From the dam, return along the same path until you find the indications to Vecilla. Do you know why the water from the Órbigo to the Eria is derived from the Vecilla Dam?

The river beach of Vecilla de la Polvorosa is the ideal place to rest and take a dip. In Vecilla we must highlight the Church of San Andrés and the Parsec mural , which represents the last boatman who connected both banks of the Órbigo, Rosendo.

In Fresno de la Polvorosa, after visiting the Church of El Salvador dating from the 16th century, you leave the banks of the Órbigo to return to the banks of the Eria. The route deviates to the Presa de los Linos from where water was derived for irrigation of the plain in the last century.

Already in Morales del Rey, you can take a breath in a recreational area next to the Eria River and observe the Garafa Dam from the pedestrian walkway.
