The Leonese province is structured by more than three thousand kilometers of rivers that in spring and summer are ideal settings for practicing outdoor activities. Rafting the upper reaches of the Porma and Esla rivers, caving in the Val Porquero cave, via ferrata Valdetorno in Sabero, canoeing in the Porma or Barrios de Luna reservoirs, sailing or kayaking in the Riaño reservoir or sport fishing in the rivers.
