On Saturday, October 25th at 12:00 noon, we will enjoy the play "The Bird Woman" with Popy Vegas, in our Children’s Room for family audiences (ages 5 and up) |

"Everyone has oceans to fly, if they have the heart to do so. Is it reckless? Perhaps. But what do dreams know of limits?" Amelia Earhart.

Amelia is a young and intrepid woman who fights to achieve her dream, to be a pilot and to be able to fly around the world. But achieving this will not be an easy task, and she will have to overcome the obstacles she finds along the way, family problems, obligations or mistrust that she can achieve her goal because she is a woman. Amelia will fight against all this and more to be able to fly through the skies and be a role model for the future of girls and boys. Amelia will manage to travel the world in her yellow plane and get to know so many cultures and stories that will enrich her in such a way that she becomes the bird woman.

The activity is part of the BiblioEscena 2025 program: performing arts in the library, promoted by the General Directorate of Cultural Policies of the Junta de Castilla y León , in which theater companies linked to ARTESA (Association of Performing Arts Companies of Castilla y León) participate.
