After graduating from WGSHA, Manipal, Avinnash Vishaal spent some time training in the fundamentals of haute cuisine at Frantzén, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Stockholm.

As part of Farmlore's pre-opening team, he helped the restaurant achieve international recognition, including the 2025 American Express One To Watch Award and its inclusion on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list. In 2024, he expanded his San Francisco experience with stints at Benu (three Michelin stars) and Californios (two Michelin stars).

Now back at Farmlore as Sous Chef, he applies these top-level culinary perspectives to lead the kitchen, with a focus on refined techniques and the use of local ingredients.
