Pelayo Arroyo PérezPelayo Arroyo Pérez Pelayo Arroyo is a chef from Valladolid, born in the family restaurant and raised in his mother's kitchen. From a young age, he developed a vision of gastronomy based on respect for the product, creativity, and tradition.

His career began at home, but soon expanded with training and experience in Switzerland and France, as well as stints in Ibiza, all supported by a solid academic foundation at the Alcázaren Cooking School in Valladolid. He currently manages the kitchens of several establishments within the Dársena Hospitality Group, such as Terrabuey Maruquesa, Sala 20, and El Corregidor, leading teams and menus that stand out for their quality and respect for local produce. He was runner-up in the Valladolid Province Cake Competition and presents the program "Cocinovata," designing accessible recipes based on locally sourced ingredients, reflecting the cuisine of Valladolid and Castilla y León.
