Jonatan Armengol
Food critic and culinary communicator. Director and presenter of the program "Comer a ciegas" (Eating Blind) on Radio Intereconomía, with over twenty years dedicated to culinary outreach on radio, television, and digital media. He is also the creator and host of the YouTube channel "El Camino del Fuego" (The Path of Fire), focused on cooking with embers, ovens, and kamados, where he combines technique, ingredients, and culinary education.
Throughout his career he has been a judge in numerous national and international competitions for gastronomy, wines, oils and vinegars, including the National Pinchos and Tapas Competition City of Valladolid, in which he has participated continuously for more than a decade.
