Recommended varieties.
WHITE : Barcelo, Bical, Cercial, Encruzado, Malvasía Fina, Rabo de Ovelha, Terrantez, Uva Cão e Verdelho.
INKS : Alfrocheiro, Alvarelhão, Aragonés (Tinta Roriz, Tempranillo), Bastardo, Jaen, Rufete, Tinto Cão, Touriga Nacional e Trincadeira (Tinta Amarela).
Wines: white, rosé, claret and red. Whites and reds with the Noble designation, according to varietal percentage and aging time. According to the aging time (Garrafeira and Reserva). Sparkling.
