The wine tradition of Toro finds its maximum expression in the fall with the celebration of the Harvest Festival, an event that aims to preserve that part of the Toro culture linked centuries ago to the production of wine, its central event being the Parade of Traditional Carts . These old and restored carts, drawn by animals and loaded with baskets full of grapes, are accompanied by Toresans who, dressed in old harvest costumes, carry baskets full of typical harvest foods, those that in the past were taken to the vineyards as sausages, cheeses, bread, as well as wine.

Party that is completed with activities such as the Medieval Market, the painting contest or wine tastings.
