EXHIBITION: PICTORIAL LEGACY OF GAYA NUÑO
Details of the event: On the occasion of the reopening of the Gaya Nuño Cultural Center, whose management has been taken over by the Soria City Council, has organized the exhibition of the pictorial legacy of Gaya Nuño. It is a selection from the extensive legacy that treasures the building resulting from the work that Juan Antonio Gaya Nuño and his wife Concha de Marco made throughout his life in the fields of history and art criticism. You can see works by Tapies, Vela Zanetti, Rafael Alberti, César Manrique or Pablo Serrano among others. In addition to the artistic legacy, the building houses the personal library of both intellectuals with almost 24,000 records with their own literary creations, essays, letters and works related to art. suppose one of the best compilations and studies on Spanish contemporary art, which currently belongs to the Social Foundation of Castilla y León (FUNDOS).
