The set of the museum is formed by the ancient church of San Juan and a new building. On the third floor, you can start a sensorial journey to discover the world of cereals; to continue with its transformation, explaining how is the grinding of grain; and on the first floor, a historical journey is told from the Neolithic times through Egypt, Rome, the Middle Ages...
