The old industrial complex, now reconstructed thanks to the project of internationally renowned architects such as Rafael Moneo and Enrique de Teresa, hosts much of the permanent exhibition of the museum, in which highlights the Sala del Gas Natural and the Sala del Agua.

The space known as 41 ° 4 ° is located on the second and top floor. Behind its enigmatic name there is a place dedicated to cartography from which a virtual flight across Castilla y Leon can be made.
