At the "Valdelacoba" farm, visitors can see first-hand how wild bulls are raised and selected, how they live freely in large pastures and how special health care is carried out.

The Heirs of Miguel Zaballos maintain the tradition as their ancestors began it because in these pastures brave bulls have been raised for centuries. In recent years they have incorporated other indigenous breeds such as pronghorn in Colorado.

The Iberian pig also grazes among the holm oaks in this pasture, making it a good opportunity to also learn about the peculiar way of life of this animal, always outdoors, walking through the bush and feeding on acorns. The result can be seen later on the palate: an unbeatable Iberico pata negra ham and sausages worthy of the best tables.

The visitor also has the opportunity to get to know and enjoy the livestock handling facilities: corrals, grocery store, sleeves, pig pens, box… The farm is very close to Ledesma and the Arribes del Duero Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.
