Agri-food Promotion Centre of Castilla y León
The MARKET section explains what agri-food is: cultivation, trade and consumption of agricultural products, referencing the regulations that govern cultivation and especially trade, guaranteeing the quality of the products:
The PROMOTION section is developed in 2 spaces: the one next to the exhibition area of the quality and guarantee brands and the one around the patio (counter and kitchen, both susceptible to a lot of activity).
We enter the DINING ROOM , where we have multimedia content on digital screens with information on representative products from each province of Castilla y León.
Continuing on the same floor of the building, the tour moves to the KITCHEN to learn about the recipes, selected by each province and displayed in the dining room's multimedia system. Additionally, there is an audiovisual area that functions as a documentary showcasing this traditional cuisine.
