It shows the visitor a different traditional machinery and how is carried out the process of making chocolate, a strong tradition in Castrocontrigo and the region. In addition, the Workshop of the Mills (Aula de los Molinos) offers information about the grinding and brings the visitor closer to the history of mills through the recreation of one of them.
